North Shore Elementary School Solar Greenhouse Two Harbors, Minnesota -- 1999 This straw bale insulated A-frame solar greenhouse (16' x 48') was built in a series of community workshops conducted by Roald Gundersen Design. It features a pond (lymnautic) system and worm (vermiculture) compost; and is now a part of a natural sciences charter school.
